No Refund Policy

All purchases made on ninretro.in are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged product must be provided.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind
• Wrong product ordered
• Minor packaging damage
• Damage caused after delivery
